The Importance of Taking Time for Yourself
As I've grown in my career is that the more time I take to take care of myself and think and slow down and actually work on the businesses as opposed to inside them. There'll be times when you know I'll go and I'll say hey clear my entire day cancel every single meeting it's in the middle of a workday won't speak to anybody or anything like that. Those are the moments for me where the light bulbs go off I'm like oh we should do that we should have there's this crazy idea to maybe do this live event.
