Michael Johnson: A Beginner's Guide

Michael Johnson has made very average tools tools that anyone taking up striking or mixed martial arts can use. Box standard is what I'd say, you know, doing doing the most possible with the starter skill set. He's good low kicks, a bit of movement and one twos high and low. Unfortunately, after winning around one, he came out, did fine. And then Diego Ferrara threw a jab and an overhand that caught him just on the end. But yeah, just had a bad break.
