"I've been memorizing information my whole life. Trying to be an actor, that's all I do is memorize," he says. "Every person you meet, you be who they want you to be and you get them to say yes." He got his real estate license in 2008 after a friend told him it was easy: "Anyone can do it,. right? Real estate agents, whatever?" It took more than a year for the first house to sell; now he sells apartments on the Internet.
