The Problem With Re-Sequenced Trauma Resuscitation

The idea of re-sequenced trauma resuscitation is not one that we certainly will take credit for. It's been borrowed a little bit from the ACLS paradigm of ABC, which has been wonderfully successful at helping people resuscitate patients in cardiac arrest. We've realized following that strictly might make sense when you can do things in parallel and evaluate airway, breathing and circulation all at the same time.
