Humanity is working very hard towards coming up with a theory of everything. i think that we are un-duny infatuated with our own capacities and one of what feeds this is that they don't look like there are other species around that can do better than us as a species. i'm also worried about how much vicarious pride is taken by humans in what other humans are doing so if the awesome sort of genius scientists out there that are discovering all these wonderful things we're taking some pride in that fact, he says.
