Using a Garden Fork to Grow Potatoes

The old farming saying is like making hay while the sun is shining. I developed a way to grow sweet potatoes and inor or zone here that yields like five pounds per square feet. And it's a plant and forget type of thing that i might water maybe three times during the growing season, three or four times a week. That's just kind of self sustaining, right? We use like probably for a a kna, a hundred square feet.
