Is there any way from your perspective as we talk about how important you explain a little bit of the flow state? I actually have noticed that even in my micro task somewhat ADD way of working I actually can get in flow state doing a ton of small things quickly by just being focused on it. It took me a long time to figure that one out how to say it and now once I've got it. There's no way to say his name I look at the letters. No exactly. The first thing about teaching it is create the environment where it's possible
