Industrial Policy

I found it very interesting, through quote at the beginning, when your papers there, from francis hikaman. And also, that made me research other other things too, about folks that focus on industrial policy make observations. It seems to be an open secret to a lot of people that observe industrial policy, or at least think on it,. They basically conclude that, well, you know, maybe it could work. But in order for it to work, that the industrial policy planters, or whatever else you want to call them, have to effectively be shielded from all the other stuff.
