Is There a Balance Between Productivity and Human Capabilities?

We really are at a moment where we need people to be human. We need the human abilities to help coach this technology forward. Most workers don't have that luxury, right? They are task driven and productivity driven. And we've got to start to create that room for them to do things differently.
