I almost didn't release this episode because I was worried it was too negative. But then I realized some of you give wayyyy too many fucks about things that don’t matter, and I can't just sit back and let that happen.
So here we are — 31 things I've officially stopped caring about now that I'm 31. Some of these I learned this year. Some I've never cared about. And honestly, it was hard to narrow it down to just 31 because there are SO many things I don't give a shit about that I forgot half of them exist. If you're an overthinker, a people-pleaser, or someone who just cares a little too much about things that don't deserve your energy, I recorded this episode just for you.
