Is There Space for Something Like This to Exist?

Despite the conflict between profits and ethics, it's to stay up somy. How do we move forward where it's here to stay? We accept and establish that there are some legitimate use cases. And there's just too much at stake here for it to completely disappear. What would an ideal corruption free, legitimate siber offensive business look like?
