A lot of people think software applications or apps are the systems which is 100% wrong. You always want to make sure that you focus on relevance tool for your need. Even if I knew exactly what tool I needed to do a job and I walked into Home Depot and bought that tool, I would suck at that job. That's just not a skill set that I have. And so you also don't need to be handy to be a real estate investor.
