You Can't Argue Against JavaScript Frameworks
There is a justification to be made for using almost any of them. If you're not versed in those things, then it's not a solution for you at this very moment. You could argue that the no-go tools and the word presses are the frameworks for people that are just trying to architect solutions as quickly as possible. But again, if it solves the problem, if the page is up and people are able to accomplish the task, that is a solution, a good solution.
