There's this rhetoric in the labor movement, like everyone just says it, like you are the union. And then they haven't made that real on their entire lives, right? So how do you make the union real to people? You involve them and put them at the center of the most important decisions in their own organization. There is a sit-in committee and it's very large, much larger than most unions in the United States' engagements.
