Amazon had a weird rule where you were supposed to be doing the job for a year before you actually got the promotion or something. But that seems a bit extreme, but it is kind of interesting to think that you actually kind of need to bedoing the job before you get it. Yeah. I mean, this goes back to the cliche, you know, fake it until you make it kind of mindset.
