A lot of the key fights, especially unions that were workers went on strike, was about ours not only wanti it's not necessarily wanting more hours. This comes from the pandemic conditions where employers don't want to lay out the money for new workers and so they force existing workers into overtime. These are a sort of issues that i would conseder pretty bread and butter really. They serve an expansion of what dignity looks like and what a livable life in a livable job look like.
