The Frankfurt Kitchen
Shirdle Hotsky was a trickster of space in the real sense. So she moved from Vienna to Frankfurt and this idea of the Frankfurt kitchen. Maybe you could tell us what it was and how it came to be. She's got all these ideas. She's been experimenting. The Frankfurt kitchen was a two file kitchen. It has kind of two files, right? Two long rows of arrangements and then a shorter file on the far end that connects them. And by and large today it's considered one of the first, if not the first example of a modern fitted kitchen as we started.
