The Importance of Teamwork in Agile

Gerard: The problem needs to be defined in a way that we have a vision that is timeless. Older companies, established companies will have a harder time transitioning and newer companies or startups will have an easier time because this cultural aspect will be baked into the essence of the organization. Gerard: If you spend 10 to 15 minutes at the beginning of a meeting on getting the technology to work for you for a video meeting then you're not going to be incentivized to keep doing that. And it doesn't matter if they're top of the organization they can be inspiring and visionary but your team needs to be human and treat each of our human beings.
