Katie Delbout: I think the era of the 60 minute interview episode is over. The two ways to go are either like you're really tight and on it and it comes across quickly or you let it linger, she says. "You can make a show like that but it's just going to be a small subset of your current audience" She advises people who don't have any audience come to her want to launch a show with thousands of downloads per episode in the first season.
