Creating a Good Sleep Environment
We don't want to be laying in bed for long periods of time awake, because then we start to associate our bed with being awake. So that's a important element for that pre sleep routine which i think can really help you fall asleep quicker and improve the sleep quality as well. And even myself, as a sleep scientist, it wasn't until i stayed at a cabin in golden b c where it was completely dark, there was no noise,. It was an amazing environment. I realized right then, oh, well, this is such a unique environment, and my environment at home, it's nothing like this. so i need to do some work in order to make my sleep environ
