How did you crack down on people who are trying to scam the system? One of the beauties of this space is that the creating an n of t is really easy. The challenge, as you point out, is some one could take that same picture, make a j pe copy of it and put it up as well. This just happens to be vigital rather than physical, and frankly, much easier to track down.
