Heraclitus - The Importance of Metaphysics
Heraclitus prefigures nita's criticism of binary thinking by asserting that most opposites are actually mutually dependent concepts. This is demanded by his idea that the universal principle is changed. He hints at a means of coming the chasm between the representation of the world and the true nature of being. And that is to describe the true world not in terms of an imperceptible, essential nature, but as a process.
