How to Verbally Communicate With an Audience
Sometimes when people are working through an expository message, they'll actually say, well, you know, verse seven gives a new point. So there becomes a lot of content in there and it almost becomes running commentary. But most of the time, yeah, there might be a verse within a portion of scripture that I realize is going to take me so far off course from where I'm trying to head with the with the audience that I have in front of me. "I can't tell you how many conversations I've had with people that I consider to be great communicators to ask them for wisdom," he says.
