Is There More Than One Factor?

The size of the company was big but even more so than the size. People weren't like isolated and quarantined. No one was an area owner and there's just so many coworkers. I feel like definitely like a lot of the standups and meetings felt like an assembly line. So it could be a new product you never touched before. You get some specs requirements like build this feature and then you got to figure it out. And because like you know the org structure is really flat.
