There are four of these bots. There's Ask Ubuntu, which posts the question. Then there's the Ubuntu blog bot, which posts whenever the Ubuntu projects have an article on the official blog. And then there's another one called Ubuntu bugs that posts every time someone files a bug against Ubuntu. The Ask Ubuntu bot has over 2000 posts. So there are actually more people asking questions than there are people reporting bugs. That says a lot.
