Product Management - Is There a Market for This Product?

There are times when our proposed features that we think should be included in a potaral map may not be visible, or asuper prior to the product management group. The second one is go to market timing and re planning a this is almost also universal. There are times i have seen proter managers said, we've worked on this feature for the past six months. This is super important. Where is to go to market? When are you going to promote it? We feel so demoralized if you don't promote it....
