The federal government has been able to buy vaccines, get material in the hands of provinces and prop up the economy. It's a very traditional court public health role that, frankly, I think a lot of us took for granted prior to COVID. On China, we've seen out of the Trudeau government an Indo-Pacific strategy,. In my view represents a significant change in the way that the Canadian government is thinking and talking about Canada's relationship with China.
