How to Use Open Door Policy to Talk About the Office
It just means the boss or the manager or anyone above you is more open to hearing from you. It doesn't mean that you should necessarily abuse that, you know, idea and just every two seconds. But it's a nice thing if somebody is using that expression to talk about the office. We have a few things we're going to teach our listeners today.
