Andy Powell: It is a good news budget in many ways, for what it's done. But just don't forget that there were lots of previous announcements from Jeremy. In particular, don't forget the government's previous measures to freeze the income tax thresholds and various other thresholds as well. So if you're looking on a long term basis, it's probably a bit tricky for those kind of companies.
