Volunteering and Purposeful Exercise
Volunteering and purposeful exercise are two of my favorite ways to blend two worlds. If you spend a workout day volunteering, it accomplishes a lot. You're moving your body, so you're physically active. It's like an active recovery day. And the other suggestion i make to people is trying to have some sort of purposeful exercise.
