A second brain has a lot of benefits. It makes you more productive You can understand yourself better. You can reuse thinking from the past because it's written down. I believe like this really came from my my medical condition Having my voice taken away to a certain extent for a period Just made me realize that self-expression is a fundamental human need Self-expression. As humans we must we have to express ourselves to survive. We are fundamentally social beings. So for me the reason of before doing all this capturing organizing distilling is to express yourself Better more often more compellingly more effectively more meaningfully.
