How to Treat a Class of Information Case Like a Normal CPA Case
In a CPA case, the judge can certify that a summary of evidence is adequate to give the defendant the same ability to make the defense as he would otherwise have. But in cases involving class of information, there's case law. The leading case is called the UNICE and it basically says no government. You don't have to turn over everything that's relevant. So they'll take a much lighter approach on a lot of these CPA issues at least in this case.
