Metrics - The Only Thing You Can't Measure
One of the primary tyrannies of metrics is the fallacy that the only thing you can manage is what you can measure. If we can't measure whether a feature is working or not, ik, it means it's worthless? No, there's the idea of complementary products and complementary features. And even if i don't use something all the time, you look at this with cars, for example, tes have faced this problem with range aniety forever. So you got to be really careful with metrix, because metrix appear as though they're truth.
