How to Navigate Weight Training for the First Time

Diastasis recti is a separation of your abdominal muscles, common to see this after pregnancy. It's basically almost like a visible coning or pooching when you are flexing them. What we want to do first is rehabilitate the separation in the abdomen. No weight training no load bearing until we can actually strengthen it so one of the things I would love to do in clinic and I still recommend it something called the abrasives.
