The first intervention is education. If you're not getting at least six hours of sleep a night, we need to consider this a problem. For most people, if you can get three nights of decent sleep in a row, the hypomania goes away. And then they stay on the ketogenic diet because it ends up resulting in all of these other improvements that I've described. Their illness can sometimes go into full remission.
