I'm really curious about the chain of command here. What is, what is the brief your team has to actually work on this? Do they have a task to map our journeys or is it something that happens intrinsically because people know that in the long term this will be important and valuable for us as an organization?" Yeah, so I should also say that that is the, that is the add on work. There is a core set of projects that we directly asked to like help with the project and that's the bulk of the work. So those have the traditional KPS of like, you know, do the two weeks sprints and whatever sees it through to the product and then customer satisfaction
