Is Meditation a Great Way to Reorganize the Brain?

A meditation is an absolute fantastic way, very simile to yulga practice or gratitude practice. It's also something at that seems to kind of train one to have more mind fulness and more presence in life. I gather my family at about seven, three a m in the morning, and we all do about ten minutes of meditation together. We use something called the spiritual disiis journalat we meditate. And then in the evening, at the end of the day, we gather again as a family, this time for about five to ten minutes, and engage in an evening process of meditative self examination.
