On exam, in no acute distress, uncomfortable appearing, euchas membranes were dry, capric refill three seconds, tachycardic but regular rhythm. No rashes were observed and he was alert and oriented without any focal ducts. If this patient came into the ER, we already know that we likely have a CT scan brewing because if we're the admitting team, we know who typically have that information for us as we're admitting.
