The Kingdom's Coming

The last bit of his teaching at all we have in loose gospel before he actually enters the city. So what would Jesus say at a time pregnant with such expectations? What would he say to orient his followers to what they should think? How they should prepare themselves for what was about to happen? Well, Jesus wanted to equip his disciples especially in all those listening to him by telling them more about the kingdom of God. He said therefore, a nobleman went into a far country to receive for himself a kingdom and then return, calling ten of his servants. But his subjects hated him and sent a delegation after him saying, we do not want this man to reign over us.
