How to Start a New Cookbook?
We all have somebody in our life whose menu for their entire life has really extended no further than peanut butter and jelly or grilled cheese sandwiches. We're talking about people who have never had a taste of Chinese food, never even had a burrito. So how can you kind of nudge somebody out of their culinary comfort zone and try all of these new flavors? Yeah. I would start there with what's familiar, what's comfortable, what's not threatening. And easy cheesy sauce instead of melted mozzarella is in the cookbook. That takes no time to me.
