You have to keep in mind that you don't know who this person is behind the email that's actually sending you this information. When people are looking for remote jobs, they want to keep that in mind, that the process should be very similar to if you are looking for a job outside the home. If you use a name that's very common, very well known, a household name, people tend to disttrust that it's legitimate.
