If a person is confident enough to be talking in a crowd of people and holding themselves in a way that they're not anxious, then yeah, they probably are feeling good about themselves. You don't really know until you talk to the person. But I say those features just try to get a sense of what things might be associated with social anxiety disorder.
Social anxiety disorder, nervousness, fear of social situations. However you call it, you can defeat it, be rid of it forever and live a life of more spontaneity, excitement and fun. This is an interview with my psychologist bro so get comfy and grab something to take notes with.
