"I adamantly wanted to deny that I was a drinking problem. So I was like, well, if I am no longer depressed, then I'll make the decision not to drink," he says. He would do this thing where he would drink at the restaurant by hiding in the bathroom. "Even one time I did that and then I ended up passing out in the office right next to the bathroom."
