Is There a Grand Solar Minimum?

When was the last time there was a grand solar minimum? Do we know? I mean, they talked about younger, driest event. You know, 12 thousand years ago. And that is kind of what gets me, is cause they always talk about these people. They talk about sun spots and solar flares knocking out the grid. And it's like, well, i don't think that's ever happened in my lifetime. But you know, when you read these accounts of pillars of fire in like, biblical accounts of raining fire,. People think that those are plasma, electrical discharges from things that enter the atmosphere.
