Is the Interview Process Biased?
The interview process is them assessing your level of skill. Do you have the skill that theuy're looking for? Are you going shidin on their team? And then you just providing value to them. That's really what they're trying to assess you deathitly need to demonstrate that you bring value to the company. The collaborative nature of working on a team and being part of a team is as important as the actual hard skill in soft work. It really does come down to the team work. Weaknessis in the way that the team can be really efficient. Maybe solf skills come into thes part of it.
