I'm the big fan of a cycle theory. A lot of this is coinciding with with cycles, big and small. So that bepy, sickly means that debt has gotten to a point where it can't work any more. The books are broken. They need to be cleared, and they need to restart this a system over. I think part of what's going on is they see that is an opportunity to upgrade it and start it right. And i don't think there is a cabal.
