H2 Blocker or PPI?

For someone who I really think is high risk or they actually have had GI bleeding or something, I'll go PPI. That doesn't mean a better outcome and actually it's unclear on any of this affects outcomes but it seems like it suppresses acid production and stuff more. For me personally, if I'm the one riding the order and nobody has any other opinions and there's no real reason to use a PPI, I'm going to start with Phemotodine.
