The Importance of Principles in Constructive Theory

Time is fundamental and global rather than emergent as in clocks being emergent. It won't be making much of a difference to constructive theory compared to what happens in the dynamical law type of approach when you're trying to say that time isn't fundamental. But it will be important for constructive theory to have a set of principles that underlie the notion of clocks. We want a theory that tells us what are the principles that have to be satisfied by nature for clocks to be possible.
