This is going to throw into sharps for focus, if you like, in Westminster. It raises questions about the relationship between ministers and civil servants. And it will be interesting to see if Wishy Serna catchaly kind of talks a bit about that. I suspect actually it won't do anything to how politics is conducted. The House of Commons will be just as mean and rowdy and bullying of places.
