Jordan: I'm reminded of my episode with Ryan Doyle, who's a searcher. He had kind of seven takeaways from seven things to red flags in businesses that you're looking at. If margins are too high, it probably means that the owner is doing everything and that if you really want to understand how, what you might do with this business, you should reduce that SDE because you're going to need a manager. So, here you have 35 to 40% margins in your business. Jordan: Can we spend a minute on the nature of this business? I don't know anything about manufacturing. The big portion of the work we do is for water treatment plants.
